The white City of Tel Aviv is one of the world's most clear examples of what is referred to as the  “International Style”. Despite young age Tel Aviv hides many architectural styles, big ideas, unique planning and changing urban landscape.
The tour weaves together all various incarnations of the city; we will walk along Rothschild Boulevard, wander through the little alleys and hidden gardens, the big squares and the small piazzas. We will talk about how Tel Aviv began as a small neighborhood outside the city of Jaffa through the eclectic period to Bauhaus-International Style; And of course the city today – an intriguing mixture of old and new, skyscrapers, preservation and social protest.
